Sales Tax

 

Sales tax is only applied to sales within Nevada, as we are based there.

 


 

Standard Ground Shipping

 

The standard free shipping option for orders of $75 or more will be parcel (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).

For orders less than $75, a flat $10 shipping fee applies.


Products are typically shipped from the warehouse within 2–3 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy to determine the necessary actions and contact us through our Contact Us page or by emailing support@fyrden.com.

 


 

Standard Freight Shipping

 

For most items over 200 pounds, standard delivery service will usually be freight, and a shipping charge of $100–$200 per item may apply depending on weight and distance.


When a freight order is ready to be delivered, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

It is critical to provide your best contact phone number at checkout to avoid delivery delays.


Our standard freight option includes free curbside delivery and liftgate service.

Upon delivery, the driver will remove the item from the truck, but it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the item onto the property.

 


 

Important Freight Delivery Instructions

 

Customer Signature Requirement:

You will be required to sign for all freight deliveries — please inspect the item carefully before accepting.


Visible Damage on Delivery:

 

  • If any damage is visible, you must annotate it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • If there is significant visible damage, refuse the entire delivery.

  • Do not keep a partial order if any single item is damaged.

 

No Visible Damage:

If there is no visible external damage, you may sign and accept the delivery.

Please note: Drivers will not wait for full internal inspections. Signing without notation states that you received items in good condition.


Concealed Damage After Delivery:

Upon accepting your delivery, inspect the item within 48 hours.

If concealed damage is found, email photos to support@fyrden.com along with your order number.

Please also call us at (702) 753-3103 after submitting the damage report.


Missing Pieces:

Ensure that the pallet/piece count matches what you were supposed to receive.

If items are missing, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Example: “Only received 3 of 4 pieces.”

Call us immediately at (702) 753-3103 so we can locate or replace missing items.

 


 

Lead Times

 

Once we receive your order, we send confirmation to the manufacturer or distributor.

Please allow 24–72 hours for shipping confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

 


 

Shipping Regions

 

Fyrden ships to the lower 48 United States only.

We currently do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the continental USA.
